Founded in November 2022 by CEO Ben Affleck and Chief Content Officer Matt Damon, alongside Gerry Cardinale and his firm RedBird Capital, Artists Equity has released both theatrical and streaming projects including Air, starring Damon and Affleck, with Jason Bateman and Viola Davis; The Instigators, starring Matt Damon and Casey Affleck; Unstoppable starring Jharrel Jerome, Jennifer Lopez, Don Cheadle, Michael Peña, and Bobby Cannavale; The Accountant 2, starring Ben Affleck, Jon Bernthal, and Cynthia Addai-Robinson; and The Rip, featuring Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Steven Yeun, Teyana Taylor, Catalina Sandino Moreno, and Sasha Calle. Artists Equity has produced a variety of acclaimed documentaries, such as Kiss the Future, Believers: Boston Red Sox, The Merchants of Joy, and the The Python Hunt. Alongside its Scripted and Unscripted work, Artists Equity Brand Studio has created and produced four consecutive Super Bowl commercials for Dunkin’ including "Good Will Dunkin’", as well as a 360 campaign for Aflac.
